About Nicole Medina

Nicole Medina received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Olivet Nazarene University and went on to complete her Master’s in Social Work at Loyola University Chicago. She is a dedicated and compassionate therapist who provides individualized care for children, adolescents, and adults.

Nicole has helped individuals who experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, stress management, and trauma. She brings a deep commitment to supporting clients through their journey of healing by utilizing a trauma-informed lens to help identify and support clients where needed. Nicole believes in the importance of connection, trust, and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of those she serves. Drawing from an eclectic approach, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered, Nicole creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and understood. She works from a strength-based perspective, helping individuals build resilience and develop tools for lasting emotional well-being.
