What you pay at the visit
Copays, co-insurance, and deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept:
- Cash
- Check
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover
- American Express
- HSA
Your exact amount depends on your plan, so our Intake Team confirms it with your insurer before your first appointment rather than leaving you to guess.
If we are out of network
We serve as out-of-network providers for any other insurance company where your plan allows it. You pay the session fee at the time of service, and our billing manager gives you a receipt to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
If you would rather not use insurance at all, we offer fee-for-service. Ask about the rate when you call — we will quote it before you book, not after.
Paying privately
Clients who are uninsured, or who choose not to use their insurance, are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of what their care will cost, in writing, under the federal No Surprises Act. Ask for one at any point and we will provide it.
If a final bill comes in more than $400 above the estimate, you have the right to dispute it.
